Questions

Working with MES

Anything else? Ask us directly.

How can we work with MES?

Four ways: advisory (assessments, architecture, roadmaps), project delivery (build, integrate, migrate), managed services (run and support with service levels) and specialist resources (architects, engineers and project managers for your team).

Do you only recommend your partners’ products?

No. We start with a maturity baseline and a target architecture, then pick the platform that fits. Where Wasl, Shamil or AI-Proctor fit, we deliver and support them ourselves.

Who does the work?

MES leads consultancy, architecture and governance. Implementation partners, OEM channels and specialist resources add capacity, with scope, RACI and acceptance criteria agreed for every engagement.

How do you handle in-country value?

ICV activities — local suppliers, Omani SMEs, Omani talent, training and knowledge transfer — are defined for each project and tracked as part of delivery.

How quickly can we start?

A 30-minute briefing is free. For most organisations the first step is the maturity self-check or a short assessment of one priority area.

Not sure where to start?

The free maturity self-check shows which areas need attention first.
